Advanced Water Distribution Software WaterPack is a fully-dynamic EPANET based water distribution modeling package. It can analyze an entire water distribution system, or selected portions, under steady state or extended period simulations, with water quality analysis if needed.
Energy Consumption Analysis
The energy usage and cost for an individual pump or the entire network can be quickly determined with WaterPack. The user can define or import pump-specific efficiency curves and electricity rate schedules, or select from a set of default values for these computations. Then, WaterPack will generate a comprehensive report showing the energy usage and cost on an hour-by-hour and total-day basis. This allows network operators flexibility in examining different operating procedures to lower pumping costs and improve system efficiency.
