The LogPlot program is the newest version of the log plotting software. It reads user-created data files that contain descriptive, quantitative, and other data, and plots these data as graphic strip logs. The format or "blueprint" of the logs (the components and their locations) is designed within the LogDesign program, included with LogPlot.

The LogDesign program is used to create the designs of the logs that are to be used in the separate LogPlot program, including what log components are included, where they are placed, and how they are to look. It is within the accompanying LogPlot program that your data (descriptive, quantitative, etc.) is compiled into a graphic strip log using the log design created here.
