Community Services
BOSS International and its staff members are deeply involved in their community. Many donate their time and money to worthwhile causes such as the American Cancer Society, American Red Cross, United Way, and other non-profit humanitarian organizations.
Each year BOSS International sponsors a team for the American Cancer Society Relay for Life in which most employees participate. This 18-hour celebration of life honors and remembers those whose lives have been touched by cancer. This event raises money that will be used to help the American Cancer Society achieve the goal of eliminating cancer.

As a company, BOSS international has made a commitment to the education of future generations as well. High school students enrolled in the Dane County “School to Work Program” are hired, trained, and mentored by BOSS employees providing students with real work experience, knowledge, and hands-on training that will benefit their future careers.
