Orders outside the state of Wisconsin are not charged sales tax. Wisconsin customers please add appropriate sales tax. Our federal tax ID is 39-160-1523.
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards are accepted at no extra cost. We'll charge your credit card when we actually ship your order. If you pay with a credit card, please provide your credit card number, expiration date, and the name that appears on the credit card.
Prepaying with a personal check may delay your order by two weeks. All international payments must be in USA dollars drawn on a USA bank or credit card.
If your order has net 30 day terms, you MUST include a Purchase Order. Program updates will not be shipped to overdue accounts.

CODs are available only through UPS to U.S. destinations.
